Unmoderated chat is chatting that has no moderation. It's like speaking to them face to face, with no one saying “Hey, you can't say that!”. It's blocked on Scratch because of the potential for bullying or NSFW content being posted.

Hi, I've been on scratch for a while, but there's this new scratcher, @BookWormMusic who is a really awesome person and doesn't any followers. She's been on there for a month, but it would mean a lot to her if she had more followers. If you don't follow on request, that's alright. Thanks!
