Trailer script
This is an introduction to the series. The narrator is seen mostly here, not many other parts. Sorry
Narrator: 8 years ago, there was peace in the kingdom. The King was a wonderful ruler, and the Princess beloved by everyone. The kingdom brought in lots of harvest, helping its neighbors and itself. Everyone was happy, until one day, tragedy struck.


Part I: Test
This is part of the script. More will be added as I complete more of it

***Note that this is only part of the script, there WILL be more***
Natasha (N): Alright, troops!! Line up!!
All: Yes, ma’am!!
N: Mount!!
A: Yes, ma’am!!
N: Good. Forward flight!!
Sanna Rokergies(SR) : Yes, ma’am!!
N: WHO WAS THAT?!
SR: Erm… me?
N: Who’s me(growl)?!
SR: Sanna Rokergies, ma’am!!
N: Well, Miss Rokergies, I don’t want any more talking from you. None of you talk while flying!! (pause) Well?!
SR: Yes, ma’am!!
N: Good. Now, we’re having a… flying test. Miss Rokergies isn’t participating. She may sit it out.
SR: Wait-
N: And feed the other dragons
SR: Great…
N: What was that?!
SR: I- (inaudible mumbling)
N: LOUDER!!
SR: I said- GREAT!!
N: Good. Flyyyy out!!
SR: Which… which dragons do you want me to feed?
N: Oh… you’re still here. Listen, girl. I don’t want any more of your yabbering.
SR: A- am I free to go, then?
N: No. What made you think that?! Get to work!!
SR: (Gulps) Y-yes, ma’am
(Scene change- Laurie, Sylvia, Callie, and Horace have just taken off)
(Laurie takes a wistful look down at the ground, where Sanna has just stumbled)
Laurie (L): Dang, Sanna has it hard. She’s not that bright or a good flier
Sylvia (s): Yeah, I think you're right. She’s really that good at a lot of things.
Horace (H): Maybe they should hold her back (mild laughing)
S: Oh that's just plain rude Horace!!
H: C’mon, Sylvie! It’s just a JOKE!!
Callie ©: It’s not very funny!
H: You guys are no fun!
L: (rolls eyes) can you guys stop arguing?
H: (snickering) maybe once Natasha doesn’t yell
S: (giggling) yeah. That’ll happen… once Sanna learns to fly.
H: (laughing) but of COURSE! And once Laurie un-stiffens up
S: (laughing wildly) YES!!
L: And once you two calm down, maybe you’ll realise that you’re completely off-course!
(Laurie’s eyes grow wide and she maneuvers back to the group. Horace falls upside-down and is hanging from his dragon’s head)
H: (yelps) wooah! Y-you don’t k-kknow h-how high-h u-up y-yy-you aaaaah-rh unt-tt-til y-you’re look-king straight dow-wn onto the g-gg-ground…
L: (laughing) aww!! Is baby Howace scawed?
H: (rolls his eyes) what about- (grunts and pushes off Laurie’s dragon) - a race?!
L: (struggling to regain balance) HEY!! Giddyup, girl! Lets go!
Wind(Laurie’s dragon - W): growls in agreement, flapping wings
(Sylvia and Callie exchange glances)
C: Well, we might as well beat them
S: Yeah. C’mon!
(Sylvia and Callie fly past Laurie and Horace, who are squabbling)
S: Let’s gooo!
(Scene change. They’re approaching the finish line)
C: (panting) well… (panting) that was a long (panting) ride
S: (panting) yeah… (panting)
L: (faintly, then more clearly) wahoo!!
H: (yelling, faint)
L: Haha, beat you here
H: (rolls his eyes) yeah, because you CHEATED!!
L: I did no-
S: Guys! Guys, stop it. There's no point in arguing.
L: (evil eye at sylvia) mmhmm.
H: (laughing) okay, then…
(the lunch bell rings and Natasha appears)
N: Okay. Everyone, inside!! NOW!!
(all of the kids head inside, chatter)
All: (normal school noise, try acting out conversations in different voices. Everyone in the cast can do this, and the more, the better!!)
N: Attention!!
All: (Noise goes quiet, paying attention)
N: Queen Mathilde herself will be announcing the winners and the project. Atten-tion!!
All: (all noise fades away)
(the queen enters, all stand, shifting of clothing and standing at attention)
Queen(Q): Hmpf. All sit!!
(all sit, rustling)
Q: (raises her eyebrow. She narrows her eyes and pulls a sheet out of the hands of Lizzy) Aaand?
All: (look at each other, saluting) your Highness!!
Q: (grouchy smile crosses her face for a moment) The winners of your so-called race are the children of troop 19, Laurie William, Sylvia Williams, Callie Harris, and Horace Buttonswamp
(Laurie, Sylvia, Callie and Horace exchange looks)
Q: (bored, monotone. She seems more excited towards the end, but the congratulations is unenthusiastic) Congratulations. Your assignment is to escort Claudia, a member of my council, to the kingdom. Further details will be given by your instructor
(With a sweep of her cape, the queen leaves the room. Excited chatter immediately pops out)
C: That’s kinda crazy…
L: Yeah…
SR: Well, everyone knows you guys are the best (mad, annoyed)
S: Mmhmm. And everyone knows you- (muffled, maybe say ‘are not really talented at all”’ into your pillow, Laurie’s hand is over her mouth)
L: Sylvia!!
S: (muffled) What did I- (clear, unmuffled) -what did I do?!
L: Hmm… let’s think. You were being a TAD mean to Sanna, you were being a tad mean to Sanna, my goodness I can’t think of a single bad thing you did
S: (rolls her eyes) yeah, but-
H: Guys, guys!! Stop arguing!!
C: Yeah! Can you two stop quarreling for just a moment?
L: She can’t!!
S: Laurie can’t!! She’s a-
C&H: GUYS!!
(The bell rings for lunch’s end, pausing the conversation. Students start filing into their next class. L, S, C, and H head for gym)

Part II: Scroll
(Bethany is pacing the room. She’s muttering under her breath and the Queen is sitting on a chair)
Q: What’s taking him so long?!
Bethany(B): Ma’am, he’s-
Q: I am not a ma’am. Nor am I a ‘miss’. I AM A QUEEN!!
B: Y-yes, ma-your highness…
Q: That’s more like it
(Henry barges into the room)
Henry(He): S-sorry I’m late, your highness
(Lizzy nods and closes the door)
Q: You are not sorry. You’re pathetic!!
He: s-sorry
Q: Lizzy, the scroll!!
Lizzy (Li): Yes, your highness… (Lizzy crosses the room and hands Mathilde the scroll)
Q: Good. Carry on
Li: (bows) yes, m’am- your highness
Q: (glares) the kingdom is getting too small. Our crops are failing and we need more land. The Dizsea land is doing well. We will take it
He: Your highness, I object.
Q: (glares. She like dat.) you object?
He: (nervously) y-yes I d-do…
Q: Well, you may want to rethink your decision
He: I-I… I w-will not-t…
Q: (slams on the table, holding a small blade to Henry's throat)
Li: (choking sounds)
Q: Now do you yield?!
He: (eyes widen) y-yes m-your highness…
Q: Good. Lizzy, get Lydia!!
Li: Y-yes, your h-highness
(Lizzy runs down the hallway)
Li: Lydia!
(Lydia looks up from her work, an embroidery piece)
Li: You, girl. The queen requests your presence!!
Lydia(Ly): Yes, ma’am
(Lizzy and Lydia head back to the meeting room, the Queen, Henry, and Bethany are waiting)
Ly: Your highness?
Q: Good. Girl, get this scroll to Natasha at the rider’s facility
Ly: Yes, your highness
(Lydia leaves the room. Lizzy follows)
Li: Girl, you need to get this immediately. The QUEEN has entrusted you
Ly: Yes, ma’am
Li: Good. Go
Ly: Yes, ma’am… how do you want me to get there?
Li: (growls in frustration) RUN!! You’re a messenger, are you not?
Ly: Erm- yes, ma’am
(Lydia runs out of the room. Henry enters)
He: Where is Lydia?
Li: (smirking) gone
He: (shaking Lizzy) GONE?! Where is she, you little-
Li: She’s headed to the riders fa-
He: (turns his head, glaring at Lizzy) HOW?!
Li: (eyes widening) s-she’s running there, as me-
He: It’s a wonder I haven’t FIRED you yet!! Get Lydia and get my horse. NOW!!
Li: Y-yes, s-sir
(Henry leaves the room. His hand is touching the door to push it open, but he pauses)
He: And don’t you DARE do anything except what I just told you!!
(Henry slams the door behind him)
Li: (mockingly) yes, sir
Li: (yelling, if you can’t yell, then hissing) LYDIA!! Get over here!!
Ly: Ma’am?
Li: Get your father’s horse, you stupid, ungrateful brat!! (you can change the line if you don’t want Lizzy to be so mean xD)
Ly: (sourly) yes, ma’am
Li: Good. Now, GO!!

Part III: Assignment
(Lydia walks into the room. C, L, S, and H are sitting around, clearly bored)
Ly: H-hello?
C: Hi!!
Ly: I-I'm Lydia. I'm the messenger and I have some instructions from Na-
C: Oh, goody! Laurie! Sylvie! Horace! C'mon!
Ly: Here…
L: Your assignment is to escort Council Member Claudia to the capital. You will take off tonight. Meet me at the hanger after dinner
Ly: That's it. Bye!!
All: (variations of goodbye)
L: (lets out breath) there's still two hours until dinner
S: Yeah. So what to do in the meantime?
H: Practice?

Part IV: Practice
C: Race you to that building over there!!
L: You're on!!
H: (flies past C & L) see ya at the finish line!
L: (urging Wind ahead) yeah, ‘cause you’ll be way behind!!
(lol this feels like a repeat of the test)
