My computer is so out dated it can't run scratch 2.0 but it can run scratch 1.4
And I would love it if someone could help me develop extensions for it.

Scratch 1.4 doesn't work with Scratch extensions.
But 1.4 modding is almost as good as Scratch extensions.

that's true. You should mod scratch and add as many blocks you want!

ask [Want to mod scratch 1.4 or make an extension for it?] and wait
if <(answer) = [create extension]> then 
say [You can't make mod for scratch 1.4] for (2) secs
else
say [Great choice! you can refer scratch wiki article to make one!] for (2) secs

This version of Scratch is 3.0, not 1.4.
