My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 76.0.3809.132, No Flash version detected

I've been having problems with Scratch. I was having a chat with someone, however I found that when I clicked my message link to go reply that the comments wouldn't load. If I went into the studio without going through the messages, it would load the comments, but it would not load the person's reply. And often times when switching from different screens and refreshing my browser, it would log me out. Can someone fix this? Is it just me having this problem?

It happened too me too. And to many others. I think it’s a strange glitch that happens sometimes when you want to answer to a profile comment. I recommend you to wait a while (not on the same page) and come back later. Maybe the message will be there.

The logging out is an issue caused by the Scratch Team performing maintenance.

This has been happening to me and several others for a couple weeks.

Still having this issue, and I waited upwards of half a day on one reply which I'm still not seeing on the person's profile.

This has been happening to me as well, luckily I've found a temporary fix for the problem. If the comment that won't load is on a profile, go ahead and load that profile (not the comment chain) and you'll have to find the chain there. Once you scroll down, you'll notice that the comment that wouldn't load is actually missing. All you have to do is message yourself, or the other person, then try reloading the chain. (You can delete the extra comment after if you want.) If it's in a studio, it's basically the same thing. Load the studio, not the chain, and find the chain. (Sometimes it works to find the previous comment in the activity, just don't try to load the missing comment.)

I'm starting to get the issue also. Can we get confirmation that this is the same issue that happened about two weeks ago? I was told it was resolved then.

That was the one logging you out when you went to a different page, I believe. I think this is a different one.

This has been happening to me as well. Fortunately, the problem goes away after a minutes, so check back later.

I can relate, this has happened to me many times and actually happened again today.

It's happening to me too. Everytime I try to find the comment manually, it's not there too.

If you're on the main page (not the URL directly to the comment), try leaving another comment. Then, when you reload the page after leaving another comment, the one you're looking for should be there.

I've tried this several times and it's worked every time.

It's happening to me, too. Me and some buds are calling it The Sign-Out Glitch.

Nope. Definitely have the same problem here as well.

yeah the messages thing when you sign out in sign in again it will work

That glitch has kinda gone, but good to know!

If I get on scratch too early they won't load, try not to get on scratch as soon as possible

I often log in at 6 or 7 in the morning. Maybe it might be a problem with your connection or your device.
