Scratch Mario World Maker - A new retro-themed level creator!

Have you ever played Mario Maker and wondered why it doesn't look like the classic platformers it tries to recreate?
Well, guess what?! There's a new project on Scratch that lets you do just that!

With Scratch Mario World Maker, you can make your own side-scrolling
Super Mario World levels in a fun, exciting and easy-to-use level editor!

Super Mario World and all related assets belong to Nintendo. I take no credit for the original assets used in this game.

Scratch Mario World Maker - A new retro-themed level creator!

VERSION 1.9 RELEASED
A new update is here, introducing the Challenge Mode!
This contains a bunch of levels made by the game's creator, (me) on a cool World Map.
It also fixes many collision issues other users have talked about in previous versions.

Scratch Mario World Maker - A new retro-themed level creator!

1 - Ground-Clip

If you fall from a high enough height, you can go through the ground

2 - Left Wall-Walk

You can walk through walls while going left

3 - Unloading mess

if the block in front of it unloads first, something can easily be stored as in a block

4 - Everything takes up a block of space?

since every block, including bowser & bansai bills take up a single tile of space, you can put stuff inside of them which will mess up the game and other tiles

5 - Flowerless Editor

The flowers do not show up in the editor

6 - Bridge Power

The tops of bridges always go in the foreground instead of the background

7 - Enemies aren't a problem!

you can literally walk into enemies and you stop on them

8 - Wrong way on/off!

normally, the on/off starts as on, not off

9 - Right is better then left?

if you hold left and right at the same time, you always go right, even if you press left first

10 - p-switch gone mad?

p switches turn back and fourth, just like enemies, even though they can't move on their own

11 - message block cheaters?

you can move while message blocks are showing messages, which means since you use color detection, it deletes off space since it goes in front of the tiles

12 - dead but touching things?

you can interact with things while dead

13 - head in ground

if you duck into a 1-block tall gap as big/fire flower Mario, and let go of duck, you stand up instead of being held down

14 - background decoration/flowers inside of each other

read the title

15 - flower in block

normally, if a flower is inside of a block, it will revert back to a normal block

16 - double solid on off?

in the editor, you can see both red and blue on, which blue should be off

17 - taller mario

Mario does not have a set hitbox, which means small Mario is taller then a block

18 - random flowers

every time you enter the level the flowers/background decorations change

19 - challangeless challenge map

you can just walk past all the levels

20 - goal pole in the darkness

you can sometimes see the goal line while in black. make sure to forever go to front layer

21 - double jump

you can jump at the curved corner of a block and appear to double jump/jump in air

22 - corrupt

sometimes, I still don't know at any circumstances, the background never loads in, so it is black, and the on/off blocks break, etc

23 - confused mario

while walking down a slope, Mario can't decide whether he is falling or walking. What a tough decision

24 -

you got a lot to fix good luck
