Section One: General
1.1- You are to follow the Community Guidelines at all times.
1.2- If you violate any of these rules, you may be temporarily removed from the shop.
1.3- Falsely claiming to be an alternate account of a shop member or someone who has gained benefits for any reason is not permitted. However, under certain conditions (forgetting to log out of a joke account, unintended impersonation), you may be excepted from this rule.

Section Two: Customers
2.1- In the case that something is complicating the order, and you are not notified, you may let a member know on their profile or other form of contact.
2.2- If you request something that we cannot give you, you may be forwarded to a partner.
2.3- No benefits are gained by becoming a staff member.

Section Three: Staff
3.1- Please try to get orders done before the deadline.
3.2- Requests to gain a high ranking do not affect the final result.
3.3- Trainees may request to be promoted, but this request can be denied.
