Please Help! Backpack Problems!

In my backpack there is no scrolling bar so i can't look deep into the backpack. i dont know why that is happening. if anybody has any ideas on how to fix it or what the problem please tell me!

Scroll down. You should see it then. Otherwise, there are arrows on either side of the backpack you can use to navigate

i still can't find the scroll bar and what arrows? the arrows on the keyboard? i tried that and it still didn't work

Also, what's your operating system? It might affect the solution.

I have some solutions for a couple of operating systems:

If you're on a Windows PC: Try holding shift while rolling the scroll wheel, which will scroll horizontally.
Or, if you're on a Mac: You probably have a trackpad/touchpad if you're using a laptop. Hover over the backpack with your mouse, and on the trackpad pan/slide with two fingers (you may also be able to do this on a Windows PC).
