My internet connection is too slow.So can i use the old scratch website? how????

The old website is gone. A downloadable version of the program is coming in the summer though, and until then, you can use 1.4.

BTW, i run Google Chrome 41.0.2272.101 on a Linux system - Ubuntu 14.04. NEW: iPad 4th gen. w/retina.
