just draw your lips to match the words.
i don't use a mouth in my OC so it would be easier for me to animate.

No dude. I want someone to explain me how to lip sync

Your pfp tells me your character doesn't have a mouth, so it wouldn't be necessary to lip sync it. Trust me, its much better like that.
But if you want to lip sync, here's what i do:
-make a mouth
-make the mouth move in order to sync the phrase
-to make it smooth, make 3 frames with minor changes for each letter

but some engines are weird. I've seen some using lists (?), some using a thousand custom blocks and some spelling words weirdly. How am i supposed to use those?
