[quote]The seats each shop gets in the House is calculated by the number of members a shop has (M), the number of members all the shops have combined (C) and the number of seats available (S). M/C*S. This process repeats every time a new shop joins. Independent seats are owned by the Diamond Union for a multitude of reasons. If there are more seats available to the shop then the shop will have overhang seats which will be under the control of the owner or whoever the shop wants.

Each number is an iteration of the Branch. The lower the number, the earlier it was created. The highest number is the active one unless (for the house only) there is a vote going on, which in that case the House that was active when the vote was created will be the active House for that vote.
