Hi, unfortunately translation requires a lot of work. While Google Translate (and other translators) can be helpful with certain things, they aren't a substitute for a human. To get accurate translations, Scratch uses humans, not machine translators. See the multiple stickies to see how you can help translating, as we're always looking for new translators!

It was never accurate for me when I translate it to a language I know. It contains a lot grammar errors. That's why Scratch uses human to translate.

Using Google is great when you wish to understand a text that was written in a different language.

It is bad if you wish to learn a language or publish a translated text.

Machine translating is not recommended if you seriously want to translate Scratch.

I don't think translating with google is a good idea. First, we need real Hispanic people to help with the translating Scratch project. Second of all, that would kinda be cheating if we use Google Translate.

google isn't always acccurate, thats why humans who know the language speak it on scratch, not google translate, it is inaccurate

Google translate is good for seeing the translation for a single word, but when it comes to a sentence or more, it has grammar issues and bad word choice. Obviously, that occurs because google translate is a program where the computer does the translating. The computer does not know in what context your translation should be.
