how to edit json code in 3.0

can someone help me i cant edit blcoks in scratch 3.0 meaning i can't make my own blocks
define custom
NO NOT THAT^(Well not as the actual block the block that ima edit) can someone tell me how i can make true custom blocks out of the project's code?

how to edit json code in 3.0

Save the file on to your computer. It should be an sb3 file. Rename the .sb3 extension to .zip, because sb3 files are actually just zip files. Now, open the .zip file. There should be a folder called “project.json”. Open that, and then you should know what to do.

if i try it will just break the block, add the code into the name or just shrug off the changes
