Block Pallet Scrolling Error

My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 12739.111.0, Chrome 80.0.3987.162, No Flash version detected

Sometimes when I click a block section (normally variables) and the amount of blocks in that section goes down longer then the screen after I scroll down a few blocks it will not let me go down farther and when I try It will send be back up to the top.

Note: I can still access all blocks because this does not happen with scrolling up. So I just go to the next block section down and scroll up.
