Shop Title: 8/10- Not over-fancy and just right. Shows they are hiring

Shop Banner: 7/10- It is very large, although it makes it unique. However, the shop title is clearly shown and it displays what they make.

Staff Activeness: 10/10- My order was taken a few hours later, and completed 2 days later.

Quality of Order: 10/10- Exactly what I wanted!

Customer Service: 10/10- My profile comments were closed, but they notified me in a studio which was great! They were also polite

Overall Rating: 9 /10- Good service, polite staff and a unique banner. Great job!

Title: It’s unique and simple at the same time, which I like a lot. It includes some emojis, but it doesn’t pop out to me that much. You should try to put it in a different font and see how it looks! Title - 9/10

Banner and Description: The banner is huge and colorful! It includes the name and the motto, but when you sign up the shop to federations or when you partner with a shop. That banner will clog up the section, because it’s too big. I usually say a normal banner size is 2480x520 pixels. … The only description I see is the motto “Come Here For Thumbnails, Banners, Art, Scripts and Music” and “Order Today | Staff Wanted” otherwise there’s no description for the shop. If I was a real costumer I would be confused and still wondering what the shop does or I would be confused because there’s just a big banner and 2 random posts underneath. I would put the description below the banner of the first post and report the 2 random posts to be deleted. Banner and description - 5/10

Speed: 10/10! Somebody took my order in less than an hour and completed it 2 and half hours later!

Quality: I said I wanted a thumbnail and the completed an order with something that wasn’t a thumbnail. I corrected them and they got confused at first, but realized it soon afterwards. The thumbnail looked amazing!!! I got the thumbnail I wanted in the end, so the rating for quality is 7/10.

Overall: 7.75/10 Don’t worry soon it’ll be a 10/10!
