Before in version 1.4 you could download your own projects and other peoples projects, will that be possible in the 2.0 version?

A downloadable version of Scratch 2.0 is supposed to be coming this summer:

Actually, that's not quite true. It is still possible to download projects to Scratch 1.4 if a project has a 1.4 file available. To find that out, you just need to click on the “Share to” button found underneath the project stage - if a 1.4 file is available, the download link should appear.

I am also searching for its solution from past few days and not able to find it.
