I am a new Scratcher to Scratch 2.0. I have some questions:

Can I use cloud data to keep track of users who visit it and create “accounts” on a project that users can return to?

Can a program have a list of the top-scoring users?

Is there a limit to the number of projects/comments you post?

Is there anything else new that you want me to know?
