Does Scratch give you auto warnings?
Does Scratch give you auto warnings?
I'm asking this because I got a warning, minutes after I posted a comment. Also, the warning was incorrect, it said not to reveal personal information when I wasn't at all!
The person I was talking with said they also got a warning minutes after they posted their comment, and they also didn't reveal personal information!
So, for these two reasons, (getting a warning minutes after posting, and getting a warning for something you didn't do) I want to know, does Scratch give out automatic warnings according to key words said in a comment? And, if it does give out auto warnings through keywords in your comment, then why doesn't it detect the keywords before you post the comment?
;-;

They should detect before posting - maybe the moderator was quick. You can always appeal using Contact Us.

I'm not sure about the actual warnings, but the warnings and blocks for being a new scratcher are probably automatic.

Yes, some blocks and alerts are done automatically. For instance, after a project is reported many times, it is removed automatically.
maybe the moderator was quickthat too.

I don't know, but it should not post the comment (the item removed), but if the account was alerted automatically, you can contact the ST on Contact Us.
If it is indeed a false-alarm, they should contact you back saying it was a mistake, and will remove any alerts are replace the item. If it is blocked for a reason, they will tell you why.
Did the post contain any numbers between 9-13 digits long? you were probably blocked by the phone number blocker

Moderators can make mistakes too.

I don't think they can auto-warn you.
They can be like “something's wrong with this comment” before you post it, but after that, I don't think it's possible for bots to do anything about the comment.
Maybe just as you posted it, it was reported, and then the moderator just happened to come across the report.

Moderators can make mistakes too.Well yes, but it is more likely that it was automatic with how quick it was.
May I ask what the comment was about? Not word for word obviously, just the gist of it.

Okay, but does the Scratch Team check all the automatic alerts and blocks and lifts them if they see the user did nothing wrong? As far as I know the only way something is automatically taken down is if several people report a project and I know that the Scratch Team always looks at that. I didn't think there was any sort of automatic alert for comments but if that's what happened they probably check that too.

I guess you could say we were teasing those YouTubers who ask for follows, subs, likes, etc. by saying things they would usually say.

As an obvious joke we were saying things like, “Like, comment and subscribe to automatically enter a free give away!”, “Make sure to hit the bell!”, “join my Patreon for special perks,” and “Follow me on social media too!”
Keep in mind we never mentioned any usernames.
Yeah, plus I'm pretty sure no one reported the comment, especially because the comment wasn't really breaking any guidelines.Moderators can make mistakes too.Well yes, but it is more likely that it was automatic with how quick it was.

As an obvious joke we were saying things like, “Like, comment and subscribe to automatically enter a free give away!”, “Make sure to hit the bell!”, “join my Patreon for special perks,” and “Follow me on social media too!”Computers and robots don't detect obvious jokes due to them having no souls and stuff. Tech support and customer service are blocked by the BWD so I can only imagine the words “free give away” and “Patreon” had something to do with this. Though I don't understand how “personal information” is the problem or how you even commented it to begin with.
