able to edit the front page, or at least hide certain aspects of it
Now I know this won't apply to everyone, but I personally don't like the ‘what’s happening' part of the front page. I hate to admit it, but a lot of my friends or people I follow like to get wrapped up in stuff that kinda bugs me and I don't like seeing it every time I want to check my messages, but I don't want to out-and-out unfollow them because we're close or I like their projects and don't want to miss one.
My solution would be that a user can hide parts of the front page (not completely remove them, as a younger or less experienced scratcher might delete them by accident and not know how to get them back) that way if you don't want to see ‘newest’ or ‘projects loved by scratchers I’m following' or ‘what’s happening' every time you're on the front page you can just hide them and then if you need to show them again you can. And on that note maybe one could carry this over to the profile page so that a user can hide who's following them or what studios they curate and so on

Just ignore it. You don't have to go to the home page every time you want to check your messages.
Remember when I looked like this? I still do.

No, but I have to go to the home page every time I want to check if someone I follow has uploaded a new project.
