Do you mean like Multi-player games that several Scratchers can play together? If so then that has already been done by a lot of Scratchers using Cloud Variables.

Actually, only fairly simple cloud games can, due to the 10 cloud variable limit and the 256 character limit per cloud variable. It's actually even less than that in practice because you need to encrypt/decrypt everything, which makes everything take up twice as much space on each cloud variable. If you want 100+ players, you can basically only store x-position, y-position, username, and maybe the costume. Especially because you'll probably want another cloud variable to store the state of the level/world.
