Please add a feature where someone can follow another scratcher from one of their projects. If this can go the furthest, following someone should only be available for projects. This way, Follow bots have to go to a project just to follow somebody. With the help of this feature, scratch has more time to do a detailed “Follow bot” check at the furthest level of this.

Some ways to detect a “follow bot” for this feature:
- The user account has very little activity other than following other people
- The follow bot exploits scratch following systems into using scratch accounts that don't exist
- The follow bot is connected to a “bot group” to follow the same people without making mistakes
- The follow bot's bot group is trying to spam requests that follow the same people with fake scratch accounts
