What is scratch archive?

I go to archive.scratch.mit.edu and it says 403 error and asks for my username and doesn't accept it. What is it do if you can't acces it?

Wasn't it an archive of everything? Because when I last saw it (when it was up of course) it had two buttons; Scratch 1.4 Website and Scratch 1.4 Forums, and when I tried to click on the website button, it asked me for a password. Yet the forums worked fine…

Yeah, there was the website but of course no projects on it.
