I'm very sorry to hear that you are having problems.
However, your report here is confusing and doesn't give us much to work with. Please just put one issue per topic - and be sure to check for existing topics before making a new one.
When reporting a bug, the most important thing is to describe it really well so that the Scratch Team developers can see it happen too. So it's really helpful if you include:
1. A link to a project that shows the problem
2. A good description of what you are seeing that makes you think there is a bug. Include which sprite/costume/script is showing the problem
3. A list of steps that you do while running the project that makes the problem appear.
4. Which browser and operating system you are using when you see the problem (you can click on the little globe icon up by the post formatting buttons to insert that for you).

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.
