RSS Feed brings iPadOS (and possibly iOS) users to Apple News
My browser / operating system: iPadOS 13.4.1, Safari 13.1, No Flash version detected
(I put that in bold because of a bug I reported in this forum earlier about iPadOS being called MacOS in browser/OS stats)
I don’t know if it is intentional or not, but when I click the button for a subforum’s RSS Feed (the orange square with the WiFi-like symbol on it) on the browser/OS stats above, I get redirected to the Apple News app. I presume this happens on iOS as well, as that and iPadOS are very similar.
This has happened in the Bugs and Glitches forum and the Questions about Scratch forum.

I don't think this is a bug with Scratch, it's just how iPadOS handles RSS feeds. I tried it out, and it looks like it RSS only works with newspapers that are already in Apple News. If you want to be able to read Scratch's RSS feeds, it looks like this app might be able to work.

This isn't a bug. RSS feeds have to be handled via applications that use RSS feeds. It appears Apple News is the default app for handling RSS feeds within iPadOS
