I have a game where the timer resets when the green flag is set…and you have 30 seconds to catch the gobo as often as possible. Only problem is, even when all the scripts stop at the end of the game the timer keeps going.
How do I stop the timer at the end of a game?

That should fix it.

You can not stop the timer.

The best you can do is hide the timer display.

Well, perhaps you could put the reset in a forever block. Or just, as BoltBait said, hide it. Or maybe both…

Putting the forever block around the reset worked! Looks like it goes back to 0 and then just stays there- Yay for collaboration!

Use a variable as a replacement timer.

You start with this script:

when green flag clicked
reset timer
forever
    
set [Time v] to ((timer) - ((timer) mod (1)))
end

Then to stop timer do this:

stop [all v]

Easier version:

when green flag clicked
forever
    
wait (1) secs
change [Time v] by (1)
end

is there a way to just pause it so the player can see how they did?
