How do you make the sprite look at the mouse pointer?

So I want the sprite to rotate or do whatever to look at my mouse pointer, but I don't know how to. Please help?

Thanks.

How do you make the sprite look at the mouse pointer?

forever
point towards [mouse-pointer v]
end
however there is a bug with that block currently. To fix; once you've dragged and dropped the block, just re-select “mouse-pointer” from the block's drop down menu.

How do you make the sprite look at the mouse pointer?

Say ‘when flag clicked, forever go to mouse pointer’ or ‘when flag clciked, forever face (?) mouse pointer. Dunno if its called ’face mouse pointer' or something. I think it's ‘point in direction of’ (mouse pointer).

forever
point towards [mouse-pointer]
end
I hope this helped!

How would you make a character's eyes follow the mouse pointer rather than the whole character?

Please start your own topic. The eyes would have to be separate sprite or you'd need lots of costumes.

Please create your own new topic and share your project. The first thing I'd check is the costume centre.

How do you make the sprite look at the mouse pointer?

When I do the code, It just rotates around my mouse, and not looking at my mouse. Its also not locked to its own sprite. How do I fix this?!

How do you make the sprite look at the mouse pointer?

So you make two costumes and have them pointing different ways so use
(x position)
if x = ??? then have them point this way else other way but when using arrow keys then if left arrow pressed then costume left else costume right

You just create your own topic and share your eyes.
I mean share your project.

Hey folks - this thread is rather old. Please feel free to make a new topic if you have a new question regarding to project scripting. Doing so will make it easier for others to find your question.

It would also be a good idea to share your project and provide a link to it, so others will be able to see what exactly needs to be fixed.
