Hey everyone!

Got some announcements, yay!

First:
I've updated the requirements for applicants. If a current employee does not meet the new requirements, they won't be fired. Hiring staff, be sure that applicants meet some of the recommended stuff before accepting.
For applying:

Please read these rules and fill out the application. BGMead, the Co-Owner or anyone else in the head department will let you know if you are accepted.

Requirements: (required for applying at BGMead's Shop)
You must be a Scratcher.
You must have more than 25 posts.
You must have more than 3 projects.
You must have been on Scratch for at least 3 months.
You have worked in at least one shop in the past.
You currently not working in anymore than four other shops.
Recommended: (recommended, but not required for applicants)
You must be a Scratcher.
You have more than 100 posts.
You have been on Scratch for at least 1 year.
You've worked in at least two shops in the past, and taken and completed at least ten orders.
You currently not working in anymore than three other shops.
Exceptions will be made for Scratchers who recently moved accounts, as long as the old account meets these qualifications. In terms of rules 2-4 for those who recently moved accounts, you previous projects/posts/time on Scratch will be combined with that of your current account. By applying, you agree to these terms/rules, as well as the staff rules (see below).

Second:
We just opened the marketing department! If you'd like to help out, just let me know!

Third:
We're gearing up for our third anniversary! Let me know if you'd like to help plan the celebration!

Any employee can join - duties include advertising, creating marketing material, etc.

Suggestions: Great job! I’d recommend getting a new banner though, since although your current one is decent, it’s not really turning any heads. Other than that, there isn’t much else, other than considering using more BBCode, fancy fonts, symbols, infographics, and image-based links to make pages even more eye-catching. I’d also recommend making the title more exciting, using fancy fonts and symbols. Other than that, great job!
