Is it okay for me to post music on my projects? I have added the music is not mine and the copyright goes to the owner but do I still have privileges to post this? Or do I remove them. If I'm not allowed then how do I delete projects?

Since Scratch is for educational uses, it's okay. Just give credits to the original author of the music (It's not necessarily needed, but it's a very polite thing to do).

Most people usually add copyrighted music under the Fair Use Doctrine (Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. § 107) since Scratch for for educational use and not for profit. That being said, do give credit, and it doesn't hurt to wrote in the notes stating that you are using the music under the Fair Use Doctrine.

If you do ever need to delete a project for any reason, go to the MyStuff page by clicking on the Scratch Folder in the menu bar on the top, and select ‘delete’ for the project. That will send the project over to the trash folder (you will need to empty the trash folder to permanently delete the project afterwards). But hopefully it won't ever come to that.
