Hi, I was just lying in bed when I had a crazy idea in my head, a KotLC fanfic! The plot ties in with the story really well, and it's probably a stunt that Shannon would pull, I hope you enjoy and provide a lot of feedback!

Prologue

A couple of years after Keefe was born, while the Black Swan was still experimenting on their Moonlark, Lady Gisela learned she was pregnant
again.

Keefe had already disappointed both of his parents, so Cassius and Gisela decided not to have any more children. For this reason, she had to hide her pregnancy from her family. She did everything to hide her pregnancy, using elixirs and obscurers. Finally, Lady Gisela gave birth to a little girl.
She considered giving the child away, but she looked too much like a Sencen to not be recognized.

So, Gisela named her Kelsey.

Gisela did her best alternating between caring for both children, since neither of them could know about the other, but even Lady Gisela couldn't handle that on top of keeping Kelsey hidden from Cassius. Gisela finally decided that it would be much easier to take care of both children if they were in the same room. Unfortunately, Keefe was eager to tell Cassius all about his new friend Kelsey.

Gisela had to shatter those memories from both of them and go back to juggling her duties, vowing to never take the easy path again.

Since Kelsey couldn't go to school, she was trained by her mother to use her skills until she manifested. Kelsey became equally skilled in body temperature regulation, breath control, levitation, and telekinesis before she even manifested. To continue her learning, Kelsey enrolled at Exillium, a school that focuses on skill and uses masks.

Of course, Kelsey never used masks because she wanted to hide, she was beautiful, and loved herself. She looked like a female Keefe. Ice blue eyes, long blonde hair, a small and nimble frame, but she was really pale, similar to her mother. In contrast, her personality was nothing like Keefe's'. Kelsey was very obedient, Keefe would do anything to avoid doing what he was told, Keefe was a prankster, Kelsey preferred to use tricks as a last resort, but only if her safety depended on it, never for fun.

Kelsey later manifested as a Psionipath, pleasing Lady Gisela. By this time, Kelsey had heard all about Sophie Foster and how close she was to Keefe. She used her knowledge to twist her curiosity to hate, telling herself that Sophie was her nemesis, and she was going to destroy the Moonlark if it was the last thing she did.
