No, but you can create a new account and start over. But, you will have to become a Scratcher again, you will start off as a New Scratcher.

No, but you can move to another account. However, you will have to start again as a new scratcher. If you really don't like the username, you can ask the scratch team to delete your old account.

I believe if you go to the Suggestions forums, and look at one of the stickies there, it is mentioned with some info on if it will be implemented
