Mine is “Q” in Minecraft, I threw a diamond pickaxe to lava because of that.

Alt + F4 because it gives you free Robux. Jokes aside, I use Ctrl + Z a lot. And I mean a LOT! I also use Ctrl + X as well as Ctrl + V a lot, I don't trust copy and paste as much as cut and paste.

Oof, for me, ctrl + D adds a bookmark, which I often accidentally hit so I have to drag my mouse up to the “Remove” button in the edit bookmark dialog

However, on Windows, windows key + D does what you say.

The compose key in GNU/Linux systems. I can easily type characters like «», ß, ç, ã, ™, ©, — without memorizing esoteric ASCII codes.

(EDIT: As for actual games, I'd probably have to say all the keyboard shortcuts in Age of Empires.

Also Re: Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V, Ctrl+A and Tab are useful along with those for forms and account registration. Another ones I forgot as well are all the commands to create, close, reopen and switch tabs in Firefox and possibly most browsers.)
