You can't turn remixing or seeing inside off. All shared projects are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license, which allows remixing. If you don't want people to see your code, don't share it.

By sharing your projects on the Scratch website, you have agreed that anyone can see your code and remix it with credit.

This does not prevent remixing, but notifies the player if the remix is illegitimate. I use it.
