Is there any way to take a scratch game and make it a WebGL file?

You can use sheeptester's project HTMLifier to turn a Scratch project into a HTML file.
Also, this would've been a better fit for Questions about Scratch, since the Making and Creating forum is for activities outside of Scratch.
