My browser / operating system: Windows XP, Chrome 49.0.2623.112, Flash 22.0 (release 0)

Whenever I try to use the paint on scarcth, or any other tools to make your own backdrops or costumes, this Error will pop up almost everytime. So I have to go to the project page and go inside of the project to get the Error. So then I click back, but when I go inside the project there it is again, so I have to keep on shareing my project and unshareing it everytime this happens to make one simple project. its just a big struggle to paint a costume, somthing I never had trouble with in the past using scartch. I feel it pops up so much that so many projects I was going to make was put into the trash just becuase of this Error. I just want to make a project with this error that pops up everytime. I can still paint and draw and select other things, but the Error keeps on telling me that scratch doesn't work for what im doing or somthing… Please do somthing about this, I wanna make more projects and keep scratching

What do you mean by that??? I'm getting confused… I cannot Upgrade form windows XP, its the only thing I have. I don't have chrome, only Windows. In the past, this error would never pop up… I am still confused on your reply with the minecraft pic…

Support for Windows XP was dropped half a decade ago. Chrome's your browser.

It’s probably a window XP related error. Try upgrading to at least windows 7, or at the bare minimum, vista.

I'd advise not to update to just Windows Vista, since support for that ended back in April 11, 2017 and you won't even be moving up in terms of Google Chrome since Google Chrome support for Windows XP and Vista ended at the same time, so you'd still be stuck on Chrome 49 (which you have). Google Chrome on Windows 7 is still being updated, but Windows 7 itself is close to having support cut from it by Microsoft.
