1. I think we should be able to see if a user is online or not.
We should also be able to see when a user was last online.

2. I think the Studio Creator should be able to send a message to all of the curators and managers and followers of a studio.
EXAMPLE:
From Accountusername1234, the Creator of the Scratch Pen Art Studio,
Hello, people of the Scratch Pen Art Studio! I just wanted to let everyone know that I am disabling comments for a short while due to spam. Thank you for understanding!

For the first one, it is rejected:

7.3 Show when users are online
This suggestion refers to some sort of indicator that lets you know if a particular user is currently online. The Scratch Team has discussed it and has decided that it is not something that can benefit Scratch as an educational platform. Between making projects, sharing projects, and viewing projects, an online indicator is not much help in these areas.
For the second one, I support, because it would be easier to notify people when there's an update. However, it could also be used in a way to create spam.

The message above may contain wrong information, rude remarks, or something embarrassing to my current self. In this case, please ignore it and remember that I likely wrote it back when I didn't know what “respect” truly meant. I really hate thinking about it again.

For now you can check the “What I've been doing” section of people's profiles. It's a pretty good indicator of when a person was last active.

; Santa Claus and Mrs Claus wanted to get a devorce. However, being in the north pole, there was no one there to help them do that. So they used a semi colon instead; they are great for seperating two independent clauses.

As @WindOctrahedron has already stated, The first one is rejected.
But, I agree with the second one, on the condition that a certain user could only send 1 message every 24 hours, and only one message could be sent from a studio every 24 hours.
