Make drawing more efficent in projects

Dear Scratch Team,
In the next update, can you make drawing more efficent?
Here are some examples:
1. make it so there is a option to ‘Center’ the drawing in the middle
2. make 3d effect looks like 3d cones and stuff
3. Make more pens e.g. Galaxy pens, lava pens, RAINBOW PENS etc.
4. make it so there is a option to turn the drawing into a shape (like trying to draw a circle and you click/tap on the option to make it look better and clear)

They are still working on it.
Please clarify this more.
If you really want to more drawing tools, try another program or learn to draw them.
If you want to draw a perfect circle, choose the circle tool, and press “shift” while trying to make one.

I think that you're not very experienced with the costume editor…
