It's been 8 months since Scratch 3.0 came out and many parts of the website still have the old 2.0 layout. Only the main homepage and some other pages (such as projects, messages, explore, ideas, and about) have the new look. Other parts of the website such as your profile page, discussion forums, and studios haven't been updated yet.

Is there any ideas of when this will be updated?

Sometime soon, don't worry. Although it's been 8 months, Scratch 3.0 is still relatively new and there are still tons of bugs to fix which you can find here. This is just a thought, but I think the Scratch Team has some other priorities before updating the looks of the websites, though I could be wrong.
