I want to do the “Why Love Me Meme?” and I know most people know this and Ive been on Scratch for at least 2 months now, but I can't figure out how to broadcast sounds to make my projects sound clearly, because I use a microphone that sometimes bugs out on the audio.

You can download music into an audio file then upload them to scratch afterward. This way you don't have to record the music, and instead it's the direct audio.
