Scratch sprite to GIF

say you have a sprite with many costumes. you should be able to export the sprites costumes as one gif

If we can upload .GIFs, why not be able to export them? It would make downloading sprites easier, and would just download the costumes instead of everything as a .sprite3 file. Plus you could easily use it for things beyond Scratch.

yes finally someone agrees
lots of users draw using scratch and then export the costumes. it would be easier to allow exporting as gifs

This is a good idea. I'm all for this!

However, this would mean you would have to somehow select all the costumes, meaning Scratch would probably have to add the feature of selecting multiple costumes/sounds/sprites.

Support, this would be sweet.
Would the frame rate default to 30, (scratch's max framerate, I think), or would the user have to specify?
