Scratch Online is the same as Scratch Desktop. It's just that you get a “backpack” online where you can carry assets and scripts, and some advanced features by shift clicking the edit menu, and a whole lot of other things.

Don't worry, if you're familiar with Scratch Offline you should be fine with the online Scratch.
