You can't. It's part of the whole Imagine - Program - Share - Remix thing that Scratch does. And if you're wondering, there will never be that option.

You could try dragging an overly large comment box over the scripts I haven't tried that yet. In fact, I just thought of it.

This is my method.

Convert into exe

EXE into JAR

Host on a subdomain site

show the link of the web in a scratch project

Well, this is a pain since I'm using Scratch to teach 15-16 year olds to program. If I can't give ‘m a working program to try out without them having the complete solution at their fingertips … that’s a real pain.

Guess I'll have to figure out how to make executables from the files. Bad move Scratch

I don't think it's a bad move at all… If scratch had allowed closed source scripts, most people would do that to avoid copiers and such, and no one would be able to learn from the scripts.

Hmm, that's quite an issue you have there. I've taken a computer science class (which used Scratch), and while being able to see how a program plays out is useful, I'd think there are other ways you could still teach without necessarily giving everybody a hands-on demo. I mean, you can show to the class, or just have a problem statement with some screenshots and stuff.

One solution I just thought of that might work is to embed a project to your own website - just click the “Share to” button below a project, and then copy the HTML to a website and put it online. I haven't tested it myself, so I'm not completely sure what appears - but I don't think it will have a “See inside” link.

You must use 1.4, then embed the file elsewhere than the site.

It doesn't show See Inside, just the standard Green Flag and Stop Sign options.
I believe it uses the old 1.4 set (maybe, not sure), but yeah…
