If you don't feel like it, though, I'll give you a brief synopsis:
To be featured, your project must first gain popularity on a large scale. Then, someone (not you or a family member or someone you told to) has to recommend it on a certain forum (link). The Scratch Team then examines the project, and, if they think it complies with their guidelines, which you can see on either of the two previous links, they will feature it.
