(Where The Image Gets Squished to fit In the Costumes Box) And How Many Times Have you Wished you Could Upload a Bitmap image as A Vector Image to Prevent This? (Since Vector Can Go Beyond The Costume Box) That's What I'm Proposing to Be In Scratch Rough Aproximation (Not Enough Room For the Convert to Bitmap im Sorry There Also Wasn't Room to Put All of The Word Vector In)

I feel like this could lead to some confusion. Someone could try uploading a bitmap image as vector, just to be confused why it isn't actually a a vector image. Then I suppose the same could just be said about convert to vector.
