Is this some bug happening with everyone or is it just me?!

Projects used to load fine for me but today it's been completely unable to load projects!

It's just white and doesn't show the loading screen or anything. I can leave it like this for 5 minutes but it STILL WON'T LOAD! What's happening?! It's really fustrating me >.<

My browser / operating system: Windows Vista, Chrome 35.0.1916.153, Flash 14.0 (release 0)
