I'm working on an assignment that requires a voice over. I tried recording through scratch first, but it said it can't record. I'm recording on my laptop now, but I when I try to upload the file the page crashes and I have to reload the project. The file is only 163kb, so I'm sure it's not the size. I'm using WAV files. Anyone know what's going on?

probably just scratch acting up, there used to be a bug for me where using the color picker it would freeze then crash EVERY time…just wait this out and if it's not gone by, say, tomorrow well then it's probably not scratchs side

I have no idea why that would be but you could try converting the sound file from a WAV to an MP3 and see if that makes any difference. You can use something like Audacity to do that for free (or there are probably free online converters available). As @asterlily said, it's quite likely a Scratch bug that will be fixed at some point.
