Saving User Data?
Hello everybody! I recently found out a way to convert scratch projects into android apps, and so I'm am turning my project "Insaniquarium!' into one. The only problem that I have found so far is that you can't play the scratch project signed in to your scratch account so everybody is recognized as a guest user, meaning there is also no access to cloud data. On the computer version of my game I have two cloud data lists, one with user names and another with the level that they are on, so that you can pick up from where you left off. Since cloud data won't work in the android app I was just wondering, does anybody have some method that I could use so that people can automatically load the project and continue their game from where they left off? If you could help, then it would really mean a lot for me!
Here is a link to download the demo version of Insaniquarium for android, but it only has the first level.
If you need more information to figure this out, feel free to ask me any questions that you need to!

Without a way to access cloud data, it can't be done automatically. What could be done is have a button or something the player can press, that will give them a code that can then be entered into the project when they comes back. This does allow them to cheat if they find the codes in the game code, though.
Apparently my old signature was lost::custom hat
Oh well, I guess this will do ::custom cap

Wow, that would be extremely useful for a thing that I am making. Could it be possible to explain briefly how you managed to convert the scratch project into an app?

like they said, I think that the best way to do it is giving them a code that they enter into the program, after each level. This way, they can enter the code and get to the level they were on.
