Oh, that's totally fine! I'm giving up being distracted by scratch. I will go inactive sooner then I used to. Deadline extended to 10 days after Easter.

Work You Want Done: Okay, this is a really complex project so I'll do my best to explain in detail. I want something that can make distortion effects. Like with pen and stuff. I've tried similar stuff before but I'm no good with pen and I'm pretty sure it's key to what I want to be able to do. I want to be able to make distortion effects similar to Earthbound, Mother 3 and Mother 4/Oddity/whatever's battle backgrounds, and this. I find it hard to explain any further because I don't really know how that stuff (or any scratch alternatives) work. I've been to another shop for this request but nobody knew how to do this kind of stuff. They didn't tell me that, though; they just ignored my post until way past the deadline. Please tell me if this is beyond your abilities.
Deadline: 3/7/19 (March 7th), but the sooner the better. I only put such a far date because it's such a complex project so I don't wanna rush yall

Other info: Please complete both sound effects at the same time. Also, I want the full 5 seconds for both sound effects.
EDIT: Probably should mention this - please create the sound effect digitally (don't try and recreate the sound in real life basically ), and also, you must recreate the sound effect by yourself, rather than trying to use audio effects to get rid of the music, as you usually can still hear the music a bit (NOTE: If you've managed to make it so you can't hear the music at all, then this is okay!). Just thought I'd mention this before I get anything I don't want .
