Eh, the reason of skype is that you are added onto a group chat of all the staff on the server, if you really don't feel that secure, you should make a skype account that you won't have any problems with.

Nicolas M and im 16 years old. I like to Build anything and create different project in minecraft and on different creative server.

I would like too hired as a builder on your server. I usually get payed to make spawns on different server but i also like building for fun becuase im usually bored. Im Good with Designs and building. I can Build spawns, PvP zones, Hubs, arenas, warp shop( my favorite to build), and more. I Have good ideas and usually people tell me what to build.
Im also quite good with pluggins and how servers work and how you make one. I used to have a server of mine but i shut it down because i didnt want to pay for a host each month.
Terraforming is quite easy if you have world edit but i usualy terraform on single player which is really beautiful. The Thing is usually i delete some of my work.

Why Should We Hire You?: I have been a head-Mod once and that was in a Kit PvP server and there wasn't much to do there so i kinda left and I i'm fantastic at dealing with hackers(experience with Kit PvP) intelligent, and being a mod or any part of staff would be like a DREAM COME TRUE for me
