how do i convert 3.0 scratch projects to 2.0 scratch projects

I can't find a scratch 3.0 to 2.0 converter anywhere.
Does the converter exist and where can I view it or download it

You can't - projects made in 3.0 are not compatible with 2.0.

If you have a project that was originally created in 2.0, you can open it in phosphorus or sulfurous to view it as it was in 2.0 (without any changes you made in 3.0). You might also be able to download .sb2 versions of them, but I have no verification for this. Other than that, zilch.
