It's a bit late, but I made the new forum!

Here's a list of what I changed in the new forum:

Merged some departments

Art, backgrounds, banners, logos, sprites, thumbnails, and emojis
Scripting and debugging
Animation and intros/outros

Removed the “deputy manager” position because I think it's stupid (it was a thing for the departments)
Re-organized the front page and made it look nicer

If any of you have more suggestions on what to change, I'd like to hear them!
Also, I'd like JJB and PFTV to create permanent UO centers on the new forum so that I can link them permanently on the front page, but I'll tell them on their profiles as well.
