10. Changing your username:
It would be very difficult to keep track of people if they could change usernames, and users would likely be confused when someone they follow changes their username. Additionally, that would add another layer of difficulty to the moderation of the website, making it harder for the Scratch Team to follow what a user is doing, and could be very hard for the servers overall. However, the Scratch Team has occasionally changed users' usernames by their request, but it's only been in some rare cases, such as when their username contains offensive content. Nicknames will most likely not be added either for very similar reasons, and could potentially be even more confusing.
i believe another reason it is rejected is due to the risk of someone changing their username to something inappropriate.

I'm pretty sure that could be regulated with the current filters in place.

Someone found a new rejected suggestion a few days ago, but it was not addressed. Is it something worth adding to the list?

Do you mean deleting accounts that haven't done anything and haven't been active for years? I don't think they'll do that either.

Regarding #42, here's something else @Paddle2See said about it:

Paddle2See wrote:

Thanks for the suggestion but we're pretty committed to moving forward with Scratch 3.0 now. Please base your future suggestions from the assumption that we will be working with 3.0 as a baseline.
You might consider adding this to the description of #42 — of course, you don't have to.

31: Removing the suggestions forum:
This forum is helpful for users to share what they think could be improved about the site, and just because some parts of it seem useless or spam generating doesn't mean the whole forum should be removed.

Haha, if that were actually accepted, then their suggestion will get removed.
Yeah, I guess maybe I should expand this to “removing any forum”?
Let's ask the great ol' Paddle.
Hmm… Are you sure???

Don't make suggestions here, create a new topic for that. This topic lists all of the rejected suggestions — and the Scratch Team has not yet rejected classes, to my knowledge.

I don't even know if it's worth putting here, since it's already strongly implied within the website, but I'll comment about it anyway: “Remove the Community Guidelines” is definitely rejected.
